Got a Nokia 2626 from Subhiksha mobile on 29th July 2007 for Rs 2899.
Was happy with the purchase, but the display shows horizontal line whenever the mobile shakes a little, like in a vehicle, or even while walking or a tiny jerk to the phone.. and you can see horizontal rolling lines all over.
After 3 hrs of argument and 3 visits to subhiksha, he said Nokia agrees its a known problem and they would repair it. I dont want a new mobile, defective piece to be repaired for me. So after raising my voice n stuff, got a new piece by subhiksha only to find the same problem with the new piece as well. Subhiksha gave up on me as its not their problem.
Nokia should take the cell off the shelf as they do acknowledge the fact that its a problem. Any pointers on what can be done in this situation.
I was happy with my Moto C168 (used it for a year) but the network reception had gone weak, and this is where Nokia is amazing.. but NOT WITH A BROKEN DISPLAY
PS- Request you ppl NOT TO RECOMMEND THIS PHONE TO ANYONE
EDIT- forgot to mention the kaypad sucks and the D-pad is ulti cheap.. makes a loud tick noise whenever pressed
