Nokia 5140i a good buy?

Guys,

I just lost me cell phone. Now have to get a new one and I dont have much of any money left as I wanted to go for a S60 + wifi one in few months (reserved for Q6600 G0!!) so decided on going for Nokia 5140i.

I need a sturdy one as I dont handle things well and I think whenever @ home it will be with my 10month old niece. So is 5140i going to be a good buy?? and what would be the approx price. My guess is it should cost less than 4.5K (I live in Mysore)

PS: The thing I will miss frm my old phone is, its messaging feature had some problem and I never used to get SMSs. It was a blessing for me with freedom from those messages!!
 
Its on rediff @ 4250, but I dont have time to get it shipped. Will try in the local market if this is available.

If not, what would you guys suggest for ~4.5K. My requirements are pretty basic for now. Just a sturdy mobile to talk and survive some time with my niece (btw she has already scored 2 kills!!) :)
