The only choice you have is to buy Nokia E5.. It is a QWERTY phone, will be awesome for texting. Camera quality is nice and has LED Flash. But it doesn't have autofocus, so you wont be able to capture macro photos (nearby things below one meter distance or so). It is a 3G phone with wifi. Audio is great, speakers are good and it is a smartphone as it runs Symbian S^60 v9.3. You would get free offline maps too. It would be a good buy for your requirements.

If you dont want QWERTY phone, the other choice would be to buy Asha 300. It too is a very good phone with 1 GHz processor and Symbian S40 OS . It has resistive touch screen though. But you wont need to use it if you dont want to (except for the menu keys displayed on the screen). If that too is a concern, go for C5. That is an okay phone.
