Windows Not able to connect to ProtonVPN on Windows 10 due to Fortinet

I am facing a peculiar problem. Recently, my organization has installed Fortinet/FortiGuard for Wifi, which blocks most of the sites.

Now the problem is that I am able to connect to ProtonVPN and bypass Fortinet on my phone BUT ProtonVPN is not able to connect on laptop. Is the ProtonVPN for Windows 10 configured differently than ProtonVPN for Android? ..or it has something to do with Windows 10 Firewall?
 
It could be firewall settings. Forti might have changed them to prevent access or it could be that the new software works over different DNSs? Checking your ethernet adapter settings for those might help.
