want advice regarding which notebook 2 opt for under all Brands

Purpose - Surfing , Little Games , Word nd Spreadsheet Processing , Remote Support , ( Gbe LAN preferred ) , Virtual Machine Monitoring
OS to be used - Mandriva 2008.1 | Fedora 9 | Win Xp prof

recommend any AMD | INTEL based under 35 K Budget

4730z--( with Intel T3200 nd GL-40 )

( if they do fall in the specified budget )

which wud be better
