It's a Gallax 1050 ti 4gb ddr5.
1.5 years left on warranty.

Is it worth 11k?
Or am I being ripped off?

I tried to contact the OP, haven't heard anything from him yet.

Also, the deal I'm being offered has 1.5 years of warranty.
I'm just a bit doubtful if it's a fair deal in the current market.
