Old or new blackberry

I was looking to buy a new blackberry phone for the sole purpose of BBM and calling
I own two mobiles one being my S2 and other a very crappy one so i didnt want to spend much on the blackberry
I saw the cheapest one the 8520 for 8.5k approx and also saw the old Blackberry pearl 8220 online for a price of 6k (link below)

I really liked the 8220 as it has the basic features i need and looks good

The only doubt i m having is if the phone i m getting is new and if not new is it a refurburished one?

I ordered the phone but then saw some really bad reviews about the site and cancelled the order today i m still waiting for confirmation
Could anyone tell me if i can trust junglee.com??

Junglee.com has further guided me to bazaar24x7.com about the phone
Has anyone shopped from it , if yes then please give some review
