My mom/dad are what you would call computer illiterate. They can use a touchscreen based mobile fine but when working on the laptop, they get stumped. I have told them how to do things many a times. But they do not practice that regularly and hence forget again and again.
So I want a course which teaches the basics of Windows 7 operations e.g Copying files, installing applications, connecting to wi-fi hotspots, browsing the internet etc.
Preferred mode of delivery - Video (DVD or Online or Youtube channel) or Book. If it is a book, there should be loads of pictures showing every step almost.
