Hi.

Any opinions on these: eclast X16 or X98 Pro.

Usage will be media consumptions(Hi Def Local files), browsing, Streaming, PDFs and Comics.

I use a iPad pro. so this will be just complementing it. Not replacing my daily driver.

I would not really recommend either. They are very buggy, and my experience of windows on a tablet (Windows 10, 2 dell tablets, 8 inches and 10 inches 2gb and 4gb ram, and 1 lenovo) has been less than stellar. Streaming, at best I have found to be stuttery (could be my network, I use a 5ghz network though) and the atom processor struggles to handle video.

it would be best if you could take a proper android tablets. There are a couple of Note 3 10.1 inch tablets going on Ebay for cheap.

If you want a proper windows tablet, I would recommend you going in for the premium ones (Surface and the likes) than the generic Chinese ones. You will be disillusioned pretty quickly.
