Monitors Optimal brightness/contrast settings for VX1940W

Hi Folks,

Any of you owning this LCD, could u please share with me your optimal/perfect contrast/brightness settings or point to some link on this.

I use 70 contrast and 50 brightness for my VX1940w leaving the color temperature at the default 6500K. The default contrast and brightness was too high for my liking and didn't suit me for long sessions on my PC.
