Graphic Cards Out of Warranty GTX970 Misfiring

Is there anything that can be done with an out of warranty misfiring GTX 970?
I get stuttering performance and freezes when playing any games with the GTX 970.
Any suggestions on places that may take a look at the card?
 
It can be be due to other software on the pc interfering with gpu or Put the card to another pc and check or the card has issues in chip itself or check temps if its boiling at 95+ apply good branded paste and check .
 
Once gpu hits its age and shows sings of dying, nothing can be done as a permanent fix but you can just try to ensure extending its life by a few days/week or months albeit servicing it daily/weekly etc.
