OC & Modding Overclocking Kingston DDR2 RAM 800MHz

guys need some suggestions wanna overclocking my ram its Kingston 4gb @800mhz cl6 ...anybody overclock this ram and how much ? and at what setting (clocks,voltage) ? at this settings (5-5-5-15) @2.1v from 333mhz to 416mhz prime test stable but some times blue screen error comes ?:huh:

When you say "333 mhz" do you mean the processor FSB or the DRAM? Cause if the RAM is rated at 800 Mhz, you should begin at 400mhz. What are the rest of your system specs? What is the rated voltage for 800 Mhz CL6?

^^^underclocking my ram to 333mhz then ocing my proc amd athlon2 x4 620 to 3.25 ghz@1.3625v and dram @ 2.1v.. but after on ocing ram moves to 416mhz frm 333mhz (5-5-5-15) @2t prime test is stable check it for 2 hours but some time blue screen memory error comes..whats that ?

It could be the processor and not the RAM, what kind of test are you running on prime? Try 416 Mhz @ CL6 to narrow down.
 
Get better Ram for overclocking that Ram is value series even if oc's by 32Mhz it is good but at 2.1v it's bad since that value chip is not gonna last for long....:) Buy better ram or stop extra Over-Volting your ram..... after 3-4months your ram won't be even stable at stock.....
 
Don't stress those value RAMs or they will soon give up, Get a CL4 800MHz or CL5 1066 MHz RAMs and start your overclocking. This will surely provide more headroom to OC your CPU.
