Being an Intel board, i doubt there are any overclocking options.
Overclocking on *that* chip without decent cooling is asking for trouble too!
If you're talking about tweaking the RAM.. there are usually options in the BIOS to "force" the memory to run at higher speeds (if the higher speeds are supported by your board). Or if you're restricted to DDR2-533, you could probably *try* tightening the timings a bit to 4-4-4-12.
