PC Peripherals Pass thru scanner suggestions?

Hi Guys,

Not sure of terminology, but what I need is one of those non flat bed, duplex scanner which you can feed documents thru. Monochrome, but speed is important. Nothing that breaks the bank either.
 
Need a fast scanner. Looking at the Canon P-215. Duplex, and 15 ppm. Budget upto 20K. No brand preferences. Any multifunction device which will work as fast as this? Open to suggestions.
 
Looking to digitise prescriptions and suchlike?.. A good quality webcam on gorillapod pointing downwards. Resolution not massive but very, very fast. :)
 
Good suggestion, but this is for digitizing my in patient papers. Each admission generates about 25-30 pages of documents. I thought I could just make PDF files for quick future reference. Duplex scanning, so that both sides of the page can be scanned with a single pass.
 
Google for sheet feed scanners. The portable ones won't survive your workload. The rugged ones are going to be costly. Also, staples, pins, crumpled edges, tears are issues.
