Passive Power Injector for Power-over-Ethernet

Does anyone have experience using a passive PoE power injector? I am contemplating on buying a passive PoE power injector from amazon.in (see below):

The question I have is, does this support Gigabit speed or does it support only 10/100 Mbps speeds? Its not clear from the specifications.

Thanks in advance for any insights?
 
It just adds power to the LAN port (the proper pins) that is all. I dont think it has anything to do with speeds, should work on all.
