CPU/Mobo Pc not booting with RAM?

Hi guys,in short i have a msi z970s sli mobo with i5 and
Without ram installed ;all accessories/fans work but no display

WITH RAM-everything shuts off after like 3 seconds

I tried different ram modules
I tried cmos
I tried differetn cpu cooler

What else ?this is giving me a headache as i cant even reach POST in new pc

no,but in what sense will psu fail With ram???????
Plus if i remove ram psu easily handles
Fan controller
5 fans
1 pump
dual gpu!

i can try removing all accessories and trying with a chinese psu.should i risk??[DOUBLEPOST=1453440754][/DOUBLEPOST]Guys update

Everything powers on now but no display!!

What should i do next

ANOTHER UPDATE
Usb ports dont work,hdmi,vga, nothing just mcase fans spin
