PC Peripherals PC turning off abruptly

For last few days I find my PC is turning off abruptly. Once it is off it will not turn on for 2-5 mins, sometimes 10 mins or so. If it is off for long period (like overnight or morning to afternoon) the system runs for a while but if I turn it on in short interval like within one hour from shut down it turns off rather quickly. I have checked temparature to make sure it is not due to overheating. I suspect my PSU is dieing. Bought the PSU back in 2011.
Please share your views and suggestions.
Thanks on advance.

Below are my specs
Ryzen 5 3600
Asrock B450 Pro4
32 GB Gskill 3200MHz RAM
Asus Strix 3600ti
1 m.2 SSD, 1 sata SSD, 3 HDD
Corsair TX850

Could also be the cabinet. My cabinet power on switch will go for a check today, probably it is switching off my pc.
I have tried to power on by removing the power switch connectors and shorting using screwdriver after it turned off. It did not turn on. So I guess cabinet is not the issue.

Check Capacitors on Motherboard if notice any swelling on it's head and yes Power Supply Unit too as it's 11 yrs old may be losing power supply capacity

Did you recently update any software/tweak any settings or download movie from ..... or or or ....

Once it is off it will not turn on for 2-5 mins, sometimes 10 mins or so.
Have you tried CMOS reset, it should start quickly after, if it does not then that may mean it was a thermal event .. PSU bad. You will need to rule out PSU to proceed further with other troubleshooting.

If Windows, can u check the restart logs (I think that is what it is called). That will show lines for random restarts, bsod etc...

In windows restart log I can only see unexpected power off.
One or twice I find the system is abruptly restarting as well.
I tried to check the capacitors on the motherboard but none are looking unusual.

I don't have any backup PSU. Will have to buy a new one.
Dead CMOS battery can do this?
My BIOS settings did not reset though.

One thing I noticed once it gets turned off it will not turn on till I cut mains power to PSU by turning off the UPS or by turning off the switch back of the PSU. does this mean it is definitely PSU is the issue?
Sometimes it is restarting instead of turning off.
So far I have tried to single memory sticks, disconnected non essential storage and peripherals. I guess it is either PSU, Motherboard or GPU.
One thing I have noticed my wifi adapter light is on even after the system turns off and PSU back switch is off. Not sure if this is of any significance.
@mods would it be possible to move this thread to buying advice section? I need buying advice on this. Or should I create a new thread there?
