CPU/Mobo pc under 40k for dv editing

Hi,
This is my 1st post after becoming a member of community. I am looking to upgrade my current ddr-1 pc. i am interested in dv editing & ps-digital nef editing files & will not upgrade for atleast next 4-5 years.
After reading our various community threads, i am still confused about which to select p35 /965 / am2 as mobo....thought about few components but would like to get some expert opinion from u ppl.
1.processor: C2d E6750..................................8.3k
2.Mobo:.......Abit IP35-E.................................7.2k
3.HDD:.........Seagate sata 2 250gb((16mb)x2.....5.7k
4.GPU:.........Sapphire ati HD2600XT..................6.8k
5.RAM:.........Transcend 800MhZ 1 GB x2............3.0k
6.PSU:..........CM Extreame 600W......................3.6k
7.PCTV tuner: Pinnacle100i................................2.5k
8.UPS:...........apc 650va..................................2.8k
At present i have LG 700s crt, IEEE1394 firewire pci card, umax astra 4400 scanner and os win xp sp2 regd.lic.copy with me.
As per universal abit web site, mobo compability article confused me about gpu & memory. So kindly suggest configuration.

As per your comment "Seems great".....seems that there is no compability issue of my selected gpu & memory.:)
Now next area...i forgot in my earlier post is... cpu cooler & cabinet...so guide me.
