Not sure what this means. But that motherboard is the FM2+ platform which is deader than dead. And tbh, you won't really even find a used processor for it that you would be justified in spending any money on.

If you really want an upgrade to a low budget system, and don't want to buy used, 15k is not enough IMO, especially not with a GPU included. Buying new you might consider i3 10100 (10k, includes iGPU), h410 motherboard (6k), 8 GB DDR4 (2k). Or 10100f for 6k and spend the remaining 8k on a used GPU. Considering your use case, you really don't need a dedicated GPU.

Edit: There's a couple of first gen Ryzen's in the marketplace for 4-5k, plus a basic motherboard for 4k and RAM for 2k, leaves you 4-5k for a GPU. You should be able to find something in this range come up in the marketplace, especially since you don't need a lot of performance.

Never bought any second hand product, so trust issue. I am not interested to upgrade the whole gear just want some minor upgrade (within 10k) that give atleast marginal improvement compared to my current machine. Currently, i do lot of multitask while programing and the pc lags bc of cpu overload.
I am planning to buy laptop next year. So just want to do work-around upgrade to improve usability and reduce those frustrating cpu overloads.
Thank you for replying.

Trust issues are valid, but anything you buy at this point that is compatible with that board will be just a waste of money. If you upgrade platforms at the very least you can resell whatever you bought for a significant fraction of the buying price.
The cheapest AMD processor sold these days is also based on AM4, the Athlon 3000G. Anything for older platforms, you have no choice but to buy used.

Edit: the 3200G is on sale on Amazon for 7.5k right now. Paired with a basic board and RAM (6k) that'll give you a pretty great upgrade from your current system while also being enough for some light gaming.

Thanks, is there any good platform for buying second hand product online, or local thane?

"Good" is subjective. If you mean where you can or your guard down and but the same way as you buy new products, no. Otherwise, the marketplace here, olx, fb, etc.
