it is only 64bit.

what about Nvidia 6600 Vanilla.

I feel 6600 would be a better choice, dunno abt 7300 GS's performance though, but 64bit mem bandwith is gonna be a bottleneck at even 1024 resolutions unless the mem is clocked at insane speeds.

I rather suggest expanding the budget a bit and getting a used 6600GT.
