Hi all,
I am seeking participants for an academic research project on how individuals perceive ChatGPT generated text.
It is well understood that individuals do not see AI agents as their cognitive equals. Hence, they tend to be rated as non-mindful, they are seen as devoid of both emotion and behavioural intent.
Whilst AI technological development and expansion is rapid, research attempting to gain an understanding of the key social psychological features facilitating Human-AI interactions are still in their infancy. It is not known if recent developments in AI, such as the creation of more sophisticated chatbots, e.g., ChatGPT, alter these judgements of mind.
