I have an Dell inspiron 14r 5421 (Purchases in Singapore).
Specs :
i7(2nd Gen)
8GB Ram
1TB HDD
OS : Windows 8 OEM
The problem is that it is very slow even with the specs mentioned . Dell customer care have been completely useless . My laptop cant run CS : GO normally . The FPS rate drops from 80fps to 12 fps in an instant (even with the power cable attached ) .
I have not even bothered to load high end games on this . And btw it shuts down without notice once in a while.
Any help would be appreciated . Thanks in advance.
