To all guys this thread is a rip off ,rivunited has taken most of us for a ride .today i tried to contact rivunited by the phone no given on back of courier box which i had got my adg .i asked about techenclave go and to my surprise the guy said he does not know of any go and his name was mr atul and he told me he was a ebay dealer and sold perfumes with this id-eBay My World - ajitperfumehouse and his ph no is 09820280567.He said the prices are rs 1200 for adg and 1400 of leudissey which are been sold for rs 1800 and 2150 respectively.this is no hot deal but a ripoff deal and when ordering a go if mods think its about personal benefit then its okay but its not morally right.Also there was no tester label written in my box where as it was mentioned in the thread.
Wtf ? I sure hope Rivunited has a good explanation for this, does anyone know/have met him personally??
As a person who has gone through many GOs on other forums, I have to say this has been a very disappointing first one on TE. @Rivunited, step up and clean your name

At first I thought that it is a repeat of what happened before, Someone tried to spam my thread with some other ebay link and all those posts were deleted as spam. Anyway since you said it was on your box so I called my dealer up right now asking about this number that you have posted and he seemed completely unfazed about what i had to say. He infact told me that it is his packaging fellow. As some of the perfumes I tell him to ship directly as the order numbers are very large.
Also i have to say, I have absolutely nothing to do with ebay.
Infact if I did, I would be able to give a lot more perfumes out much more easily with no timing restrictions etc. My dealer works on consignment basis and you are free to ask members, I have infact told alot of them that all Chanel, Gucci and D&G perfumes are out of stock from the dealers side which would be impossible if infact my source was on ebay. If the source was ebay & I could have easily supplied you with any perfume you want without any problems of consignments or availability constraints. You must have misunderstood something. I have still informed the dealer about the conversation, He said he will have a conversation with the packaging guy.
But honestly he told me that there are a lot of competitors that he has on ebay and they do try to pull some odd tricks on him every now and then.

Next time ill definitely make a switch on the courier company to BlueDart or DTDC. This GO actually has been very problematic for me due to the order size and the festivals and holidays. Tracking has been a problem. But next time around a lot of things should get smoother. As i said before im not a professional I'm implementing improvements every go.

You can call the ph no and see who it is ,why would he give me his ebay id and his ebay reputation is quite good and the name written on box was also mr ajit and the phone no i wrote so i do not get what are you are saying .Other members please check the add and ph no which you perfumes came from.

As I have clearly mentioned my whole conversation and what my dealer had to say about it or about what I had to say about ebay perfume availabilities.
The guy whom i called said he is the owner of the shop and has sells on ebay also and gave me his id an link and prices of perfumes. Other members please check the name and phone no .Also regarding quality here is pm i recieved from zero cool-
I knew it!!!! I knew this guy was a scam. Its common sense that he is not doing any charity here , but all the members fell for his holier than thou act and most of the members here were indirectly criticising me along with all those who found faults in the bottles. Also another thing....The perfumes are FAKE. I have compared a 100ml bottle of ADG from this guy and a 200ml bottle of ADG from one of my family members and we both have reached the same conclusion......that its a high quality FAKE!!!! Anybody who is using a fragrance for the first time would never know the difference. To others he simply says that these are testers and hence the difference in smell. Before buying ADG from him, i confirmed the price from Impressions, Karol Bagh (a trusted grey market perfumes dealer.....very old association with my family) and he told me that a 100ml bottle was for 3500/- ......just imagine how can one get the same thing for 1200/-????? It had to be fake and now I have personally confirmed the same.

This still does not clear Daredvil's accusations made on you Rivunited. Kindly explain how come an eBay dealers name and number was on daredevils package. Also explain the difference in prices between you and this guy on eBay, considering that his name and number was on a package sent by you. Also talking of courier companies, I got mine by blue dart.

bro do you have the package in which your perfume came or remember the add and name .ps all members check and tell if you have the package.Also the seller on ebay mentions there will be no box packed testers and most of us got non boxed versions and OP says tester label should be there but there was no tester label on my adg.

And as luck would have it, it turned out to be a fake because the perfume did not last on me for long. I could guarantee that because I had used an authentic box packed variant sourced by Baccarose from lifestyle before and that one used to smell so pleasant and it used to last much longer. I threw away the bottle in agony.
If riv has indeed sourced the perfumes from the 3 GOs through this guy, then I am not sure what to say. I sourced 2 from riv - an ADG and an Issey Miyake and the ADG had the tester bottle printed at the back of the bottle. Since I haven't used these 2 fragrances before, I cannot comment on the longevity or the authenticity of the fragrance. The fragrances were good alright for what was the price paid. Besides, the prices were alarmingly low as well. I had recently got the Mont Blanc Starwalker 75ml for 3.7k from a lifestyle outlet and it retails for quite a low price thru the GO. In fact, some of the members had specifically asked me about the quality of the fragrances and I could have guided them wrong. To those guys - I am really sorry if this turns out to be a fake!

Man that settles it,I was always wary of this but went ahead after the response .But having used adg before the one i got smelled fishy to me and projection was non existant and longevity was extremly poor with 5 sprays it would last 2 hours max.
I don't think the local lifestyle outlet here in Surat stocks the ADG or Issey Miyake. If it is available I shall go there and try it once to see if there's a noticeable difference in the fragrance. But we shouldn't be making any conclusions otherwise. But I wonder how the number of this AJAY guy came up on the seller's address on the shipment. Which leaves us really clueless.

Zero Cool, You know I never forced people to buy a perfume. If you have a problem with it, I think i have clearly mentioned on the thread that you can exchange or go for a refund.
If you are unhappy with it then change it. There are people who are happy with it.
And there was a similar problem on GO1 where someone had approached buyers and asked them about perfume sales. If i knew how to solve that problem it would not be happening again in the first place that's the courier guys issue. Now this thing has happened, when i spoke to the dealer I actually just asked him directly, Dude do you sell on ebay? he started laughing and made jokes about it. Now what can i say, see this guy does not sit pack and ship bottles, he sends a list and the bottles to a guy who packs them and sends them accross, now i do not know much about this fellow.
All i know is I have already told Daredvil that my source is not an ebay seller(i cant be any more clear on that), I spoke about this thing also to a supermod. If anyone from Mumbai is willing to take the initiative, You are free to drop by and Ill take you to the dealers place itself, Have a look at the consignment and kindly revert to Daredvil as Im pretty offended hearing such an accusation from him. and with regards to the price : there are so many different people who sell perfumes, My dealer gets it off from dubai and normally he sells it even more expensive than this. Its just that its a group order, The prices get reduced significantly.

actually i wanted to contact rivunited as he was not responding to pms so decided to call him .but when i asked the guy on phone i got to know the truth.
Bro, its funny how I have spoken about all this on the main thread yet you got all riled up about it.. I always want to keep this as a good thing, Please ship the bottle first since I will receive the refund from the dealer when I return it and then have it wired to you
