PFN_LIST_CORRUPT error BSOD with DS4/5 controller

I'm not able to figure out this PFN_LIST_CORRUPT error with a blue screen.. whenever I connect my controller (ds4,ds5) it instantly goes to the blue screen with the error. At first i thought it's the steam controller drivers that you enable in the big picture mode. Turned that off as well but no good. Anybody faced a similar issue?
 
If its only the controller then its mostly driver issues if not then it could be the memory.
You have to be on the latest and compatible drivers.

What are your system specs?
 
Yeah which specific drivers impact the the controller tho. Haven't installed anything for the controllers as well they get detected right away.

X570 tomahawk
8x2 gb Corsair Vengeance
Zotac Trinity 3070ti
