CPU/Mobo phenom2 unlocking board ?

If i am not wrong, any board featuring ACC should be able to unlock all cores.. PROVIDED your batch of cpu is unlockable...

Not only ACC..

a mobo should have SB710 southbridge..

the cheapest may be biostar 785 GE..

the one with 128 side port mem cost 3.8k..while this one cost 3.3k

If you can spend more than 4k..get Biostar 790GXBE at 4.2k

guys i have tried asus m4a78-em/1394 but unable to unlock my proc to 4 cores....its also with sb710...

^ ASUS just released new BIOS for M4A78-EM/1394 which improves unleashing mode. I tried and it really works though unable to boot into windows.

I also have a 550 and em 1394.. bought 2 months ago. it would need a newer bios to unlock then?
