Less than 10K Phone with good battery+ camera/dual SIM android

Please provide me 2 advice:

(a) I need a phone (any brand, OS etc) that has good battery and camera, budget 6-10K, no other features are important.

(b) A dual sim android with good battery backup, budget below 10K

Bad experience with Canvas 2 . For the past 10 days in micromax service center ... the said it will take atleast a month ....no call from them very unprofessional... do not buy . My problem was that the in call speaker was not working . Was on stock Jb Rom no mods . Back to my nokia c7 . Loving it . Build Quality awseome . Much better (ages ahead) of mediatek chinese crap . Will never buy a chinese bramd again . PS Do not reply that micromax is Indian please . All chinese OEM Sh*t .

i also had a very bad experience, they dint honor the warranty and asked me to pay 7500 for touchscreen, i said ur idiot, the phone does not have that much value even in resale. They just want to mint money
