Phone Within 8000Inr

Hi Friends a friend Of mine Is Wanting to Buy a Phone Within 8000/- I have already advised Nokia5233 is there any other good phone apart from this in the Range Mentioned?? And Preferred Makes are Nokia and SE, Just Looking for good Music and may be Internet Browsing in it...:huh:

Although there is no official statement about the nokia 5230 being stopped / discontinued (it is still available in other countries), its availablility is a big question mark. Even on ebay whatever pieces are available are white (which i dont like) and being sold at premium rates.

If your priority is not 3G and GPS then you can very well go for the nokia 5233. I am using 5230 and can tell you it is a very good phone and 5233 is also same (sans 3G and GPS). You can also save 1000-1200 bucks over 5230 if you get 5233.

I don't know how many of you know about Samsung C6625. It's a Windows Mobile with QWERTY keyboard, 3G, GPS, Bluetooth and has 1300 mAh battery. It's available for Rs 7.5k on ebay. If you apply coupons then you will get this for 6.5k. It's good VFM IMO. With other sellers it's available for 12k...it's a good phone in my opinion. I purchased Nokia 5233 and I've observed that it hangs frequently. Also it doesn't has a GPS and 3G. I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone.
