Budget 25-30k phones with best call quality

I use phones mainly to talk to contct or send or get SMS. I want best call quality as I am moderaely hearing impaired. T camera, speed etc are only secondary imporance. Of course I want good battery as I do not like to recharge more than once a day. These should be available in India now that is in 2021.

Tbh most of the smartphones in your mentioned budget comes with great cellular reception and battery.
You can consider.
