Photon+ and Windows 7

Does Photon+ works on windows 7. I m using windows 7 as my complete desktop replacement.

Also any idea of the speed from mumbaikars living in mulund/bhandup west???

i plan to ditch my taa usb cdma 1.x and use this one...
