Following a recent Google app update, Pixel users report their phones are overheating..
Latest on the Pixel saga. I wonder whether the Pixel Android team ships more bugs than features.
Keep using Tensor chips and their phones will be plagued with these issues till eternity. This mobile is not worth for 40k, almost same tensor issues like low signal reception and network dropping.
Don't have high hopes since tensor 3 will also be facing these kinda issues
its rare now though, have faced it like 2-3 times on my pixel 7 pro since i bought it back in decemberBeen saying this since pixel 1 days. As I have the misfortune of travelling in public transport i have been noticing this first hand like every single day. Random Samsungs (and even china ones) which cost like one third keep working while mine just goes away.
i moved to an iPhone 13pro from a pixel 3 and still miss the contrasty pixel esque look of the pixels. Pixels are far from perfect but their PQ is amazing.Below 35k it is worth buying for this Exynos processor till then.....
Your use case of 15-30 mins for 100% charging is a fringe case.battery life is terrible with the pixels.. over that.. you have the magical 18W charging which needs 2 hours to charge your phone.
i have been spoilt by my OP10T with 150Watt charging which takes merely 15-30 mins for 100% charge.. Never going back to pixels or iphones untill they actually fix there charging speeds.. ehats the point of having a flagship phone if you have to worry about charging it all the time.
As I highlighted earlier this phone would have been a good fit till year 2020. Its a late release and much behind than other phones..Being a Pixel user, I can say that 18w is a bit too low in today's times. 150w may be too much, but 30w wouldn't hurt.
Nope. The 128 version had a major hardware problem among others. Something causing the motherboard to die. Google never acknowledged it, obviously. Only the dead mic caused by crack on motherboard (or something that i can't recall anymore) was acknowledged by them and due compensations paid (US only). The best Pixel was the OG XL.
Not surprised!!! Given the flak received by both 6a and the 7a. It's crazy what companies do in the name of cost cutting!!As stated by Samsung, IPOP is thicker, and larger and generates more heat than the premium FOPLP technology.
