LG LCD Monitors is also a good brand
 
go for AOC.
I have been using it for last 4 months. no problem.
I think you will get the basic 19"WS for around 9K or even cheaper.
the display quality I find better then viewsonic.
You can pick it up Off the shelf rather then waiting for Dell.
