Is above configuration OK or is any modification required?
 
What will you be using your system for?
Try a better quality psu - the cs series are budget models. I would suggest a seasonic s12ii 620w.
If you're not going to be gaming then you can perhaps try a cheaper cpu+mobo and get an ssd.

No GPU mentioned... So not for gaming I guess... So the corsair PSU wont be of much trouble I guess...
 
It's just that the specs mentioned - core i5+ h97, vengeance ram, wd black series, obsidian series case and liquid cooling - made it look like a gaming rig and OP might already have a gpu.
Plus a cs series sticks out among all these high end parts as the only budget component.

Same thought. He even chose a "Black" drive and a water.cooler! But shockingly enough a cheap CS-psu. :|
@op if you are still there please follow the proper template or at least give some requirements info.
