Storage Solutions Please Help "the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable"

Hi Guys

I ve 1 250 external WD HDD. It contains all my important data.

Yesterday i just unplugged it without safely removing from windows. Now when i connect it to my PC, it is detected but says "the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable". and its properties shows

FILE SYSTEM : RAW

USED SPACE : 0kb

FREE SPACE : 0kb
Please help guys i have all my important work on it.

Try: PC Inspector File Recovery Freeware download and review - data recovery tool from SnapFiles for recovering your data and also try to connect the HDD to another PC

Also make sure you use Safely Remove Hardware Feature in Future

Apologies to bum p an old thread. But the exact same thing happened with my Seagate FreeAget 500 gigger. A folder which contained english movies of more than 250GB is now showing 0kb!!!
