Please share your experience about SFF CPU

I am in process of building SFF cpu and would like to know if there are any draw backs for this CPU type.

If anyone has already done it or using SFF type CPU can you please share your experience.

Not exactly sure what you mean by SFF CPU. You can use normal CPUs for SFF builds. You may want to ask here though -
