Monitors Please suggest 22" or 23" Full HD LED Monitor

Hi,
I went through a lots of reviews/suggestions on this forum. But still I am not able to decide which one to buy.
My requirements :
Usage : Mainly for gaming and watching movies.
Budget : 12K
Size : 22" or 23"
Preferable IPS panel.

I checked out Dell U2312HM, and the reviews were great. But budget is shooting up (around 14.5K in Bangalore).

I also checked Samsung S22B370H. This one also got some great reviews but I am not sure about panel though. Also not sure about its performance vs IPS panel monitors.

Got some info regarding AOL monitors too that I can get one with IPS panel in low price. Please suggest some good AOL monitor too with IPS panel (available in Bangalore).

AOC LED 23" I 2353 (IPS) = around 11k with dual HDMI ports
lg-IPS225V may cost 9-9.5k

LG's new lineup for IPS is coming up too, if you can wait.

I dono about IPS panel. but the BenQ GD2240 or something if im not wrong . That was REALLY EXCELLENT. I have a BenQ XL24020T though ;D
