Less than 10K Please suggest a phone with these specs

I need a phone with these specs under 10K (pref 6-8K)

(a) 8MP or above good camera with flash
(b) 1.2GHz or above Quad Core
(C) 1GB RAM
(d) 4-5inch screen
(e) Android 4.4

The phone should be able to click good pics in daylight and also the speaker should be Loud. I tried zenphone 4, Oplus Xonphone 5, Iris X1 etc but camera is really bad.

Dude are your sure X1 is not great ??? I heard good about it... planning to buy...

X1 is other wise good but battery may be an issue, I am tracking users reviews actively.

Xiaomi Redmi 1s and Asus Zenfone 4 A450CG are the best options I guess.

Both have 8Mp camera.
