Monitors Please Suggest good 22" LCD for Photoshop Work

Hi Friends,

currently i am having Dell Inspiron 1720 Notebook.

I am planing to buy external 22" LCD for Graphic Work.

I work 10 to 13 hours a day.

I am very much interested in

Dell UltraSharp 2208WFP 22-inch

Dell SP2208WFP 22 inch

But one of my friend told me TN panels are not that good for graphics works.

so someone please guide me with the best LCD monitor for me.. is there any Non TN lcd available in market? and what could be the cost of that?

I am not really tech guy so Awaiting for your suggestions.:ashamed:
 
Are you a professional who has to use this system for printing purposes?
If yes, then get a non-TN panel as vij has mentioned. Color calibration as of now (from what I read online) is not as accurate even on the best of TN monitors.

If not, then get anyone of those and calibrate to your liking. :)

hey thanks mate... i checked details on 2007WFP it is not TN panel :) that's good. But i am still searching if i get 22" with non TN panel technology.

I really don't use it for printing purposes. mainly web site related graphics. but it is really give more stress to my eyes when selecting colors i can't figure out the best. coz it looks different from all angels. btw do anyone of u knows any NON TN PANEL monitor with 22" screen. if i will not find any i will go with TN panel monitor :(
