Please suggest good ISP in Thane, Majiwada area

Please suggest me a good ISP for unlimited braodband in Thane, Majiwada area(moving there next month).
I am currenlty on 5Net 1Mb plan and paying only Rs.400/mnth.
I enquired with one ISP named 1and1Boradband from thane and thaey are quoting 1Mb plan (witn 1:8 ratio for downloading) for Rs.700/mnth. Which I feel is exhorbitant as I am pying quite ess for the same plan.

Any guys from Thane area please suggest!
 
If you take yearly subscription of same plan, it will cost you nearly 400-450. 1&1 broadband is quite good. I get 150-185 KBps download speed but upload speed is pathetic.
 
Thanks! But I am bit sckeptical to pay upfront for the whole year. Moreover I am in a rented flat and I am not sure if I will stick to the same place for whole one year.

Which area you from ? -If you dont mind....

1:8 ratio? Are you kidding. That's not possible on Residential Broadband. Beam provides 1:10 and other LCO's provide 1:20
