CPU/Mobo Please suggest me a solution for my PC......

I have
-ASUS M2N68-AM SE2 motherboard (Under warranty)
-AMD Athlon X2 5400+ 2.8 GHz(Socket AM2 Brisbane) from RMA (Under warranty)
-1 gb transcend 800mhz ddr2 ram from RMA (Under warranty)

All under warranty was working fine then 1 day display was not coming & RAM beep sound was coming. So got a new RAM under RMA.
Now after installing the new RAM display comes for few seconds then again beep sound is coming & screen goes blank. I can enter in Bios setup though.

I am unable to figure out what is the problem, i guess its in my MOBO.....

Please suggest...

Do a CMOS reset and check whether it powers up properly.

Finally got an answer....will try definitely n will post.....

Tried the CMOS reset but no use...its the same.
I think now will have to give for RMA.,
