CPU/Mobo please suggest optimal processor

i have a K7S5A motherboard.

please suggest the optimal processor (intel or amd) that i can use with this mobo.

firstly can i use intel processors?

Please, do the rest of us a favour and mention your specs. correctly.
Im guessing you own some sort of SiS chipset based AMD motherboard.
It will not support Intel processors in that case, or any processor that's worth buying right now for that matter(unless you buy used).

If you can specify a budget for your upgrade (like you should have), then we can suggest something accordingly.
