please suggest the best wireless internet service in delhi??

hello friends ,
please help me in finding out the best possible wireless internet service as one of my friends has shifted to Delhi and is confused which internet service he should opt for his laptop

-should not be more than 1000rs a month
-wants a high speed internet access
-preferably unlimited access

Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ or tata photon+ or mtnl 3G data card or what??? please suggest

Airtel is best ISP (wired and wireless) in Delhi.

but Airtel in roaming may not be good.
