Laptops Plz ADvice buying a used Laptop !!

Buying used laptop
HP530---6month old

centrino duo T2300E cpu 1.66ghz
i945 gm chipset
80GB HDD
WIFI
2.6Kgs
512mB RAM
15.4'' screen
Win XP Home Genuine
serves my basic usage purposes,I have used for 2-3days

Price quoted 15,000 Rs
is it okay to pay that much?

yup. check battery and upgrade the ram to 2Gb once u get it RAMs pretty cheap now

n thats a decent price methinks.

15k is a good price to pay. hope there r no visible marks on the xterior? my presario f700's touchpad has begun to wear off after 3 months now. get a RAM upgrade though, but perhaps getting 2 GB wud be a bit too much. get 1 GB. that would be enough.

Before buying confirm why the seller selling u also chk for any defects in the lappy before making a deal..Happy buying mate

i'll go for ram upgrade soon
