Forum Feedback Pop-up while closing tabs & Flash Plugin issue

I've been getting this problem lately. When I load a page or close a page, I get a pop-up asking me 'Leave This Page'/'Stay on this Page'. I'll try to take a screenshot when I see it next.

I've also had this other problem (twice now) when my flash plugin has hit 400 MB of usage and when I close it through task manager, Firefox indicates that the flash plugin on TE crashed.

(I do have TE on my AdBlock whitelist. So it is not adblock acting up.)

Leave Page / Stay on page , usually shows up if you've typed something in the Quick Reply box and then decided to close page before posting.

This works correctly in Firefox and IE. However I think in Opera this is showing up even otherwise.

Opera working well here. No such popup. Im on the Opera12 snapshot.
