Storage Solutions Portable HDD Question ?

I bought a 500 GB Transcend HDD hyeah:
from mediahome :hap2:

i have a small problem .

when i copy data to Hard drive from some one else computer without ADMINIstrator right it says Disk is write protected or full.

but with administrative rights , ican copy DATA easy ...........

HELP
