Forum Feedback Possible to have a auto-refresh option for the TEF home page ?

I, like many of you, open the forum home page (http://www.techenclave.com/forums/) in one tab and then use that page to open other forum sections/pages in other tabs. The home page tends to never be refreshed.

I was wondering if it would be possible have a auto-refresh feature for the home page of TEF similar to say news.google.com ? I for one would like the home page to auto-refresh every few minutes. This could be implemented as a user selectable option, in case someone does not want it.

sorry we can't auto refresh as that will introduce lot of extra load on forums even wen not all people would want to refresh that page.

If u r using firefox, then u have a context menu (right click on anywhere inside the tab) with RELOAD EVERY "X" minutes. U can set it according to ur option.

BTW how lazy u r sheeshhhhh :tongue: ... not to click refresh button.

And p_sam21, not a question of being lazy, just never remember to do it. Anyway, going to set my "browser" Maxthon to auto-refresh.
