Power Issue . please advice

Guys i live in outskirts of city and get very low power so low tat even UPS wont start . can anyone suggest me a good solution shall i upgrade my UPS from 600vs to 1.1kva ...or get a inverter or something which can boost the power . Cant afford to get a 3 phase EB asking me 16k for wiring from next street....

get a inverter.its better investment and why eb asking for 16k?

bribe some wireman to shift your connection to that street.

what is meaning of low power.

you mean you have lots of load shading?
 
A inverter will also run out of juice ,since it needs to charges it batteries,so if the voltage is below the inverters capabilty it can't charge the batteries.

Single phase or three phase has nothing to do with low voltage,complain to the power officials about the low voltage.
My suggestion first measure the voltage that you are getting.See the operating voltage range of the UPS found in the manual or specs. .
Get a stabilizer like the V-guard Crystal+ it can boost voltage from 120v its should be enough to power the 600VA ups.
If the voltage is even lower then 120v then you will need to find a stabilizer that works even below this range.
