Preparing for GATE CSE.How did you prepare?

I'm planing to give the CSE GATE coming year.I want to know what level of preparation is required to be in say the top 95%,I suppose thats enough to get into a got college?
I want to know how you preparedfor the GATE or are preparing for it.
Also
Can you recommenced any good coaching in Mumbai,classes or maybe private tutions.I really need some advice guys.I want to start preparing asap.
