Hello Members,

In order to make it easier for all of you to navigate our sites, We now present exclusively for our members on TechEnclave and FunEnclave the TE/FE toolbar for FireFox. :hap2:

Features:

  • Get New posts on both TE and FE at the click of a button
  • Search Both sites directly from toolbar
  • Direct Links Provided for almost all major sections on both sites
  • Icon based layout

Requirements

The toolbar requires firefox version 1.5.X and above.

This is the first public preview of our toolbar. We are still adding features most notably the customization ones which lets you customize the tabs on toolbar :)

The toolbar is guaranteed by mozilla.org as being malware/spyware free

^^ opera doesn't support toolbars or atleast i'm not aware of anything like that. widgets for opera can be created but the opera userbase is very small. we hope we can give it a try smtime in future. ;)

a similar toolbar for IE will be available soon. :D

Awesome guys... one of the best things to come out of TE since I joined late last year :) I'm no toolbar maniac but I know I'm going to find the TE bar useful.
 
^ Looks like he wanted to keep the field as short as possible :)

Thanks for bringing it to our notice.

I am sure he would look into it in the next version.
 
I wish I had a search engine which I could use to search right from the search box. Perhaps some of the developers could take a leaf out of mycroft.mozdev.org & make such a tool.
