Price of Canon efs 55 250 IS mark 2 ?

I am about to buy the canon 55 250 IS Mk2 lens the dealar here quats Rs12500 for it (Without warranty ) is it a good price to go for ?

It's for 13.5k with B&W last I enquired at fort, Canon has jacked up the prices of this lens quite a lot.

Bought it for 12.5K with bill . it was from a combo pack of 1100d (not a used one ) and has warranty, bought a 8GB SD card also for total 12800
