Hello,

As The Dealer Feedback thread is becoming hard to manage and understand for people, Microthreads for each dealer are being created to allow everyone to categorize their issues with one particular dealer and to allow the dealer to concentrate on his thread without having to go through pages and pages of feedback pertaining to all other dealers.

Kindly use these threads when necessary, but refrain from creating new ones when you have an issue as it becomes hard to manage for the dealers and people tend not to read your feedback after a while. Modifications will come in time as decisions are taken. Kindly bear with us till this process is completed. More updates soon...

PrimeABGB is one of the best online site i personally ordered Asus P8p67 pro and the shipping was very fast, i haven't used it yet coz my cpu 2500K didn't arrived yet i am expecting the arrival by tomorrow from SMC International and then i will e able to use it.

Well 5/5 for PrimeABGB.

well now i am using my asus p8p67 and works very well with no problems. Thank you PrimeABGB.
 
Well, if you are going to ask about feedback about Prime ABGB then, I would say that whenever there is something regarding sell they will treat you in good manner, they will update you about your product details and shipment details only when you will ask to them about this, they will not inform you first.

If you are going to make any query regarding product available at their site, they will not respond to you.

In my case I Purchase a product from Prime ABGB, it was shipped and delivery as expected time but whenever I ask them about product availability and price offered before some days to TE members (Including the link they offered) and current price @ their website they did not respond more than a week and not till yet, I am writing this feedback.

Not sure if I understood you correctly, but are you saying you ordered something from PrimeABGB.com and asked them to offer it at the price mentioned on TE?

If so, they've put up a clause saying TE prices are TE exclusive only, and will not be offered on their website.

Price : Valid only for Techenclave customer, not valid in PrimeABGB store and PrimeABGB.com

No mate, it s not case, it s just about a query, whenever u ask (PM here on TE) them about to quote price for some product available at their site, they never seem interest to answer you here about your query.
 
Further to this point, they also do not respond to deals posted on the forum itself. They recently had an offer on a power strip which they asked members to email them in case they were interested. I did so the very same day the thread was started and have received no response till date. If they don't have stock, they can at least reply on the thread stating the same.

Well regarding response from prime, I have some good experience.

I sent a mail to them and got the immediate reply with bank account details. after I transferred the amount the thread was updated that the drive was out of stock, I mailed them again and got a phone call back immediately that they are honoring my deal and I got the ssd in next 2-3 days via fedex. :)
 
Hey i bought a Motherboard from you Asus P8p67 PRO B3 Revision there is a problem in it, it seem that Bluetooth is not working so tell me what to do here.?

and my board is REVISION 3.0 then why it shows REVISION 1.xxx

^ err what do you mean by " I need an answer PRIME and i mean it . " That is not a way to write to anyone. Prime ABGB is only a reseller/dealer for the product you have purchased and its not their responsibility to take care of any troubleshooting or technical issues for the products they sell. For any technical queries or feature related queries of the product you should be contacting the tech support of manufacturer ie- ASUS . If you feel something is wrong with the motherboard out of the box from day 1, you can send it back it to Prime and request for a DOA warranty if the product was purchased few days back. Other than that the standard warranty support for Asus is provided by the distributor- Rashi Peripherals.

It is a goodwill gesture of Prime that they provide hel with RMAs/tech support etc .You shouldn't be taking it for granted and writing things like " I need an answer :rofl: " .

I think you are rite my apologies to primeABGB, but i don't think it is a technical issue i bought a mother board which should be rev 3.0 and i got rev 1.xx in the box showing rev 3.0 now who should be responsible for that Asus or PrimeABGB.?
 
If the Box was sealed when it came to you and mentioned 3.0 rev then it should be 3.0, if not, then you must contact Asus help centre for this, Actually many ASUS motherboards have this discrepancy. I have had such issues while assembling systems for my friends, but prime really cant help it. If you can then please show me the motherboard tab of CPUID

My friend its B3... Check the bit alongside South bridge :)

If you stil have a doubt ask a TE member with B3 rev Mobo to show his CPUID
 
AFAIK P67 and H67 were updated to B3... The motherboard revision depends upon Manufacturer.... Or maybe a BIOS update would do it, if not done... But its already showing B3 in south bridge so it shouldnt be a problem...

My experience with prime

Does not reply to mails or PM's .After pursuing in the private messages reply thread did a get a reply to the mail but it was answered by a bot asking me what i want even after i clearly mentioned in mail subject , content as to what i want.
@primeabgb before replying to mail try to read them if u cannot do not even bother replying. I will buy products elsewhere.

same here. does not even bother replying to a question i asked via pm regarding a TP link lan hub. Their website is pathetic. They list one product number and the description is of some other number.

wonder why they came to sell here if they dont have any intention of replying to questions of a product. worst service i've seen from any TE dealer till now, and that's even before buying anything from them. This company is officially off my computer parts buying list. Even if its the last company on earth, I'll prefer not to buy from them.
 
I got even better reply today " we will get back to you once we get your item ". I have no clue what he meant,my question was i am yet to get reply to the mail which i sent 1 week back .I am sure he did not even bother to check with me what was the email about.

Thanks to folks like primeabgb and others who make online shopping experience the most pathetic.I am sure he will come back and say we get too many emails and some get lost :|
